Campus Dining + Commercial Services
-
The Campus Dining and Commercial Services department is home to over 16 eateries and commercial operations. We aim to administer excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff and off-campus guests with a wide range in dining selections to best accommodate everyone's needs. As the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer for this unit I create the graphics, logo design, menu design, print and digital flyers, uniforms, social media ads, promotions, gift cards, etc.

Social Media Marketing
-
Social Media Marketing is a tool I use to reach the majority of our cliental. Through outlets such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter we are able to inform our following of upcoming Campus Dining promotions, events, hours of operation, daily specials and job opportunities. These outlets increases our numbers in participation and sales by 25%.

Print + Digital Marketing
-
Print is still a powerful means of communication for our department. It works especially well when combined with digital marketing. At the university, it is my task to capture the eye of the entire campus community. For those who do not use social media, print marketing is a great way to visually communicate and inform folks of all the exciting things Dining and Commercial Services has to offer.

Menu and Logo Design + Branding
-
Dining Services offers a wide range of eateries on campus. By creating print and digital menus that are easy for diners to scan quickly while at the same time enticing their palate, our customers have become more familiar with our offerings and visit at a higher volume.
-
Many of the dining and commercial service operation logos and branding has not changed since their induction to the campus several years ago. It was my goal to bring something current and modern to our operations that matched the contemporary rebrand of the university.
